I hope you found this little guide helpful. I’m just a simple guy who’s passionate about RSS feeds, comics and staying updated using both. Go forth and make the feed of your dreams!

With all the talk about Twitter and social media going on, I felt really inspired to do a comic about RSS feeds. This is a really barebones guide but I hope it helps you stay updated with your favourite webcomics, artists and websites.

The nice thing about RSS feeds is that almost any kind of site has one, so if you wanted you could add user feeds from tumblr, twitter, mastodon, etc. here’s some helpful guides on how to add those (1)(2)
Part 4/4, be sure to read the previous three pages first!
I did the sketches for this one digitally and I think they look a lot nicer. That’s a wrap on this short comic, do you want to see more like this?

I changed the toning just slightly on these two but I really like how they turned out. I was also a little too pressed for time to do another huge crowd shot. I did this to myself though, oops.

I tried sketching the first two pages of this comic traditionally and then inking them digitally but I think my compositions and anatomy end up cleaner if I sketch it all digitially now.

This four page short was written and drawn by me (Jey), I’m dipping my toes into writing comics a bit moreI I tried out a new way of toning a comic, unsure if I like it yet or not, but these one-shot quick comics are real nice for testing out things without committing to a whole 300 pg comic! What do y’all think?

Idea I had a while back before I had my surgery! Lupin being gay and not really knowing it is so my jam. I downloaded some new brushes for CSP and I’ve been enjoying them so much I wanted to try them on a comic, so it’s bit experimental so I hope it looks good!
Then there’s Zenigata, who’s a Japanese cop and would definitely be conflicted about finding this out. (Japan has a history of being extra hard on drugs to the point where it’s worse than pedophilia)
Drew this over the summer while at the cottage based on something one of the cats did while I was around. This was a good practice page for screentones, I’m slowly figuring out how those work in CSP. If y’all have any tips & tricks for CSP let me know I’d love to try them out and get a better feeling for the program.
I wrote this one because I was thinking about Jigen not knowing all the languages that Lupin does. In turn, Zeni has also learned a lot of languages in his pursuit of Lupin.
This is a two page update, make sure you read the previous page before this one!
Hey these characters are a lot of fun to write and draw and thank you for sticking with me while I explore something fun and indulgent between big webcomics! It means a lot!
Two pager today, be sure to click ahead to see the next page!
This was a comic I did for the Lupin zine “Gunpowder and Perfume”. This was one of the first comics I actually tried really hard to write properly by myself.
I’m not really a writer. I’ve been drawing comics with Michelle for over six years and that works super well for me!
I know I did Gender Slices myself but I don’t really count that as ‘writing’. It was messy and drawn more on the fly. Most of the time I wouldn’t even thumbnail it.
So this comic that I did last year was my first proper attempt at writing something myself.
This was also before my style changed and before I really got a good handle on these characters, but I’m really proud of it regardless!
I do have my bigger Lupin comic that I’ve been working on that I’ve written and I’m thumbnailing by myself so I hope y’all are excited for that one ’cause I think my writing has really improved lately.
