Just passed my 6 months on a low-dose of T, so I wanted to do a quick celebratory comic for it! I don’t generally do realism for these but a cartoon version didn’t hit the same way since the changes have been so subtle. Grab an early peek to all webcomics, plus sketches and thumbnails… Continue reading HRT Diary – 8

Black and white comic. Panel one, my 40 year old brother in law, holding a cane, asks me "Are you feeling okay? Your voice is really hoarse." I look over with a little smile. Panel two, I respond positively "Don't worry, that's on purpose!" radiating how happy I am that my voice dropped. My brother in law sighs with relief saying "Oh good!"

My sketchbook, with two HRT diary comics in it, has been returned to me! I got to see a lot of family (the good ones) this summer and had some fun interactions involving my deeper voice. Everyone noticed! Want to see sketches, thumbnails, and comic pages early? Join us on Patreon or the VIP Blog!

Black and white comic. Panel one, I have my arms raised in the air happily saying "Today's my one year on T!" Panel two, I'm shirtless and putting gel on my arms and shoulders saying "The gel was absolutely the right choice for me. Low and slow is my way to go." Panel three, a close-up of me touching my throat with my mouth wide open saying "My voice has gotten deeper." Panel four, I'm holding my arms up to show off my arm hair while saying "My body hair is darker and thicker." Panel five, a far shot of my whole body while wearing a long sleeve black top and dark jeans, I'm saying "and I'm noticing my weight redistributing. More tummy, less hips." Panel six, a profile view of me looking in the mirror at my reflection saying "I feel much happier, and better about looking at myself in the mirror."

I passed my 1 year on T in October and I’m feeling really good about it! I’m not very confident in selfies but I’m trying my best out here. Here’s a T-versary progression photo comparison. Want to see sketches, thumbnails, and comic pages early? Join us on Patreon or the VIP Blog!

Black and white comic page. Narration box reads "In my teens", where someone is pointing at a young Jey and saying "Wow, you look so much like E---- Page!" Jey, with big oblong glasses, low bangs and a ponytail, grimaces at the person and replies "Nooo, I don't actually." Narration box reads "I got this comment a lot." In the next panel, the narration reads "In my 30s" an older Jey, with square glasses, short cropped hair and a little bit of facial hair says "I don't look like Elliot Page but we are both trans now which is a fun happenstance. I believe we also got our top surgery at the same clinic."

I was hit with an inspiration bug for more HRT comics so a bunch are INCOMING over the next few weeks! This is a two-parter on a common comment I’d get as a teen. Other transmasc folks said they’d also experienced this so it’s all trans all the way down!   Want to see sketches,… Continue reading HRT Diary – 14

Black and white comic. Narration box reads "As a teen I so desperately wanted to look like a twink. There was many an anime boy I wanted to be!" a young Jey stands pondering while various beautiful anime boys circle around them. Narration reads "However, there were obstacles." Young Jey, a chubby teen with thick glasses, dark hair in a ponytail and boring clothing stands looking down at themselves disappointed. A list beside them reads "1. Girl, 2. Everything else about my body"
