Wen I was 8 every girls wanted to be princess’s and I trained (on my way witch was walking with 4 books on my head and take cold showers yes I was a weird kid) and wen people asked me why I only kept saying « it’s already is going to be hard with one guard for 12 princess’s imagine without any ! » and they watched me in shock going to play with the two weird boys talking about dinosaurs and how we where going to do an army to get revenge from the princess’s who didn’t wanted me to play with them because I was weird and ended up doing little houses for the bugs
I miss that
again I’m reminded of a time when I worked in a supermarket. I worked stock so I was often out in the aisles. I regularly saw a parent and a kid. I have no clue what gender that kid was, but I know they not only got to be superman and batman, but wonder woman too. 100% approval from me
This bs right here pisses me off so much! If a little girl/nonbinary afab child wants to be Darth Vader, let them! If a little boy/nonbinary amab child wants yo be a princess, let them! Jesus H. Christ, people! This pisses me off to no end
What pisses me off, is not just forcing their wishes on the child, but also telling them THEY want it
