For me no binder = no outside. And no walking past unshielded windows. And frequent arms across chest. In some ways it’s a good thing I am enough of a loner to avoid people once a week.
I’m waiting for my binder to arrive and i’ve just been wearing a baggy tshirt; You can barely see my chest when i’m slouching, and because of that i’ve permanently ruined my posture AND my spine! :}
Don’t do slouching, kids.
Too late
This was me today oh my gosh
I wore my biggest, baggiest T-shirt to try to feel more comfortable, but I just can’t relax in public without my binder anymore
i wish that were me. i can barely wear mine for eight hours every few weeks because my lungs are shitty and weak.
