A badly drawn comic for "Make a Terrible Comic Day 2025" on "June 24, 2025" The comic is drawn traditionally with a black ink and no undersketch. We can see the edges of the paper. Narration reads "While out doing groceries, a true story" where Jey, a nonbinary person wearing a ball cap, a black t-shirt, shorts and big square glasses. They're holding two boxes of pastries in their hands while saying "Chocolatines? Or croissants?" the pastries are 50% off. Jey decides "Croissants today!" then turns around to leave. They're stopped by an elderly man in a wheelchair who points to the croissants and says "I wanted those!" to which Jey holds them out and says "AH! Please take them then!" the man in the wheelchair suddenly looks bashful and says "Oh no, I was joking!" and Jey shyly replies "Ooh. Okay." with an awkwardness between the two of them. Narration reads "An 8am, 40°C day fumble."

Hey did you know it’s Make A Terrible Comic Day? Here’s a fumble that happened to me this morning. It was so hard going straight to inks, I need an undersketch!!! I also didn’t do any edits to the page, this is how it looks straight from my scanner.
