I need to print out some thankyou cards to hand out to people who call me one pronoun, then the other, and look nervous and apologize. Like. No, friend. You just made my day. No apologize. And no takebacksies.
It would be nice to have a voice that passes as I please, though….

I’m re-reading your comic to build up some more courage about my own nb transitioning and living in texas i feel this so much. People at work will say sir to get my attention and when i turn around and ask how i can help they apologize so much. I can only hope someday i find a place with a majority of accepting people even tho it may be hard in texas.
