Shipping for Topaz Comics is done through Canada Post (Canada, USA & International) and ChitChats (Canada only).  Shipping rates, times, and tracking are calculated and chosen by these services and not by Topaz Comics. Most orders will be shipped out 1-3 business days. Shipping arrival times may vary.

Some items are made on demand by hand by Jey and Max and may require a longer processing time, this is for zines and prints. Please give us a few days to make your order.

All orders are also hand packaged by Jey and Max.

Once the package has been shipped out, you will receive the tracking number to your email . Shipping times and care will be out of Topaz Comics’ hands. Topaz Comics takes no responsibility for lost packages and customers will need to contact the shipping service.

We cannot ship items to Ireland due to VAT and EU regulations beyond our control.

Due to the USA tariffs, as of August 29th 2025, we are ONLY shipping books to the USA and no other products.
