Returns Policy

Our policy is a strict no refunds policy unless product has been deemed unreadable or severe damage was caused during shipment. In case of damaged goods we will issue an exchange only. We cannot do returns on digital-only items.

Please note that some items in the store are handmade by Jey and Max and thus some imperfections may be present. We do our best to quality control but human error can happen. Thus, we will not do returns on items that may have minor printing errors or damage.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with photo evidence of defective/damaged goods and packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and are not responsible for lost items (please contact your mail courier in case of missing items while providing tracking number).

 

Shipping
To return your product please contact us at info@topazcomics.com before shipping any items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without tracking we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
